With over 35 years of experience as a Costume Designer, Liz Keogh Palmer has built a reputation for designing costumes that fall outside the norm.
Working in a broad range of different materials and applications for costume construction has helped Liz achieve excellent results in costume design, such as the underworld characters of ‘The Strangers’ in the iconic film DARK CITY directed by Alex Proyas. Liz received a SATURN AWARD nomination for her work on Dark City, which honours excellence in the science fiction, fantasy and horror genre.
Continuing her collaboration with director Alex Proyas on the science fiction feature film I, ROBOT, starring Will Smith and Bridget Moynahan. Creating costumes for a futuristic Chicago earnt Liz international recognition.
Nominated for both an AACTA and APDG AWARD for her Costume Design work on the fantasy feature film GODS OF EGYPT, Liz embraced the use of modern technology, utilizing 3D printing and laser cutting to produce some of the more intricate of her designs.
